Brief: To provide an extremely warm and inviting element to compliment this impressive building. Focusing on lighting many features built into the fabric of the home. A complete wired controls solution to enable full control from various rooms throughout the home, including the vast outdoor facilities and gardens.

The dim to warm range of downlighters by Orluna were a perfect fit for this design, with a high CRI98 which was very important to consider here. CRI is a Colour Rendering Index scale rating from 0 to 100 indicating how accurate and true the colour of a light source will be seen. Specifically, important when wanting to maximise artwork, textiles and focal points, so they are seen in their natural and intended form.

In ground baffled uplighters in various area provided a glare free wow factor whilst providing a soft transition from room to room whilst circulating the around the home. Homeworks QS authorised installers progressed the project ready for Brand to commission the controls solution. As with all projects, we then submitted the all-important engraving schedules and talked through all of the engraving desires for the keypads. We do this after project completion, giving a little time to live with the system to know exactly what is desired.

A lot of thought and discussion throughout the design stage, with effective open communication, has delivered the homeowners dream of a warm, homely, and impressive smart home to meet their needs.
