The homeowners moved swiftly to secure this fantastic home full of potential in a great location. A solid build with a great layout offered us many ideas on how to take the home to the next level.

Drop ceilings, feature chandeliers, plaster in downlights, mini spotlights framing doorways were some of the techniques utilised. High CRI98 adjustable spotlights delivered the lighting solution required for a home art studio, whilst a suspended gold Superloop feature pendant and a dual LED wall profile provided contrast within one of the entertaining rooms, which was all about weekend fun.

Due to the building constraints we opted for a wireless control’s solution by Lutron, vastly increasing the circuits to provide flexibility for all living requirements. Easy to use app control as well as engraved wireless keypads guarantee ease of use for occupants and guests alike.

​

Project managed by the homeowner, this project moved at an impressive pace as a result of superb communication. This is the perfect example of why good planning, regular communication and nailing brief during the design stage can be so advantageous.
