Nestled between Belgravia and Knightsbridge, Cadogan Square is home to some of the most enviable properties in London including one which was being entirely refurbished after acquisition by an oversees buyer.

BRAND were tasked with designing, supplying and installing all the electrics, lighting and ventilation throughout this fabulous five bedroomed property.

Electrics...

This large property with many circuits required a necessarily complex and detailed design. We decided eventually to use a 3 phase panel with separate distribution boards. All circuits, cable runs and switch, socket and data plate positions were discussed at length with the client in order to provide a robust, future proof and completely bespoke solution. In order that the design was properly realised, the client sensibly used BRAND's own contractors, offering both a fault free installation and fully guaranteed solution.

Lighting...

Whilst the property is quite stunning it is also a family home and the lighting needed to adapt to a number of uses in different rooms. Employing a Lutron Homeworks system the lighting solution offers both spectacle and easy to use functionality. The light source throughout is principally LED with some energy saving halogen for specific uses. BRAND's own contractors ensured a trouble free installation.
